Join a fast-evolving Data Platform team as a Solutions Architect supporting a leading client in the medical industry. In this remote-first role (with occasional business trips to Warsaw), youll lead the architectural vision and development of a cloud-native enterprise data platform. As a key technical leader, you will ensure scalable, secure, and future-proof data solutions that support over 16 business domains. Your work will directly impact how teams across the organization access, manage, and use data to drive innovation and improve patient care outcomes.
responsibilities :
Design and maintain cloud-native, self-service data platform solutions
Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product teams on scalable data initiatives
Guide platform evolution through architectural diagrams, design documents, and roadmaps
Conduct code and data model reviews to ensure strategic alignment
Drive data governance and compliance efforts in collaboration with security teams
Evaluate and implement tools for observability, monitoring, and data quality assurance
requirements-expected :
Minimum 8 years in data engineering or architecture roles, with strong AWS expertise
Deep understanding of Data Mesh and data lakehouse architectures
Proficiency in AWS Glue, Redshift, Python, SQL, and dbt
Experience with CI/CD, IaC, and DevOps practices
Proven leadership and mentoring abilities with excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience
