We are seeking a strategic and technically astute Solution Analyst to design and guide the implementation of large-scale IT systems. This role requires a strong ability to think holistically and architect solutions that align with business objectives, technology trends, and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements to design end-to-end IT solutions for complex, large-scale systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to translate needs into scalable system architectures.
• Produce high-level and detailed solution designs, diagrams, and documentation.
• Evaluate current systems and propose improvements or new systems that better meet organizational goals.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security standards, and integration requirements.
• Advocate for a big-picture view, identifying cross-functional impacts and opportunities for simplification or reuse.
• Support project planning and provide input on effort estimation, risk analysis, and implementation approaches.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in IT solution design or systems analysis for enterprise-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of systems architecture, software design principles, and integration patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise IT ecosystems.
• Ability to synthesize technical and business information into actionable insights.
• Skilled in modeling tools (e.g., UML, BPMN) and documentation of technical designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; capable of influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, logistics, or telecommunications.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
