Key Responsibilities
- Drive improvements in flow and throughput, focusing on performance and efficiency
- Foster operational proficiency by measuring and coaching on our operating model, DevOps, SAFe, and Agile methodologies.
- Utilize delivery data
- Maintain and prioritize a continuous improvement backlog for the teams within the solution trains scope.
- Lead planning and iteration execution, ensuring strategic alignment and timely delivery.
- Manage and resolve dependencies, issues, and bottlenecks that may impact delivery.
- Provide transparency into the backlog, team maturity, performance, and health.
- Be accountable for the effectiveness and performance of the delivery team, including STEs, RTEs, Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and Coaches.
