About your role
ASEE is seeking a Solution Sales Director responsible for leading and managing multinational sales teams within our region, adhering to ASEEs sales and management standards. Key responsibilities include expanding sales of Dedicated Solutions and Services and enhancing sales force performance across assigned country sales organizations.
ASEE offers proprietary solutions in Business Process Management, Smart City Solutions, Utility Billing, Omnichannel Contact Center, CRM, Service Desk, Security and Authentication, Mobile Applications, and Public Sector Applications.
Joining ASEE means becoming part of one of the largest operators in South-Eastern Europe in terms of revenue from software and service sales.
This position is available in Warsaw, Zagreb, Belgrade, and Bucharest.
As a Solution Sales Director , you will:
- Lead the development of new opportunities with Sales Managers and Solutions Sales Leads in assigned territories, monitoring the sales process and participating in closing key contracts.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of sales strategies and promote new solution initiatives across ASEE.
- Analyze performance metrics to coach and develop Sales Managers effectively.
- Review the sales funnel from planning to execution, forecast with local managers, and report at the Group level.
- Assist in developing sales budgets, reviewing proposals for accuracy and compliance.
- Organize and assess sales training programs to improve skills and certification levels.
- Design and implement CRM policies and procedures to enhance productivity through sales technology.
About you
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Masters or postgraduate degree in Technical, Business, or Finance fields.
- At least 4+ years managing direct sales and presales teams in IT software and implementations.
- Over 10 years of successful direct sales experience at the C-level in IT software and implementation.
- Willingness to travel extensively within South Eastern Europe.
- Regional knowledge of ASEE is a plus.
- Experience with budgeting, quotas, and territory management in IT sales.
- Practical CRM experience as a Sales Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights and recommendations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, with a focus on quality.
- Effective communication skills, proficient in engaging with senior leadership.
- Ability to influence without authority and foster cross-functional partnerships.
- Fluent English communication skills, capable of delivering presentations and preparing complex documents.
