Maintaining and ensuring the stability of the ETRM platform from both functional and technical perspectives, including (but not limited to) managing key components of the Openlink Endur system.
Comprehensive management and implementation of change requests as well as optimizing solution deployment time according to business needs, with a particular focus on front office solutions.
Continuous improvement of IT and business processes and their implementation in IT systems.
Analyzing and solving complex business problems in areas such as Trading, Origination, Risk, and Operations.
Business analysis, project management, and consulting for short-term projects and medium- and long-term technical projects.
Testing and validating new application versions.
Communicating with users and vendors, working closely with the ETRM analysts’ team within the Axpo Group.
Supporting operational teams in case of issues with the ETRM platform.
Modeling new types of contracts within the ETRM platform.
requirements-expected :
Possess a degree in computer science, finance, engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
Demonstrate leadership competencies and strong analytical skills.
Have experience with Openlink Endur v16.0 or later (preferred) and application management and configuration.
Bring knowledge of ETRM/FTRM/CTRM systems, ideally with user or support experience in enterprise applications like Endur, SAP, or Oracle Financials.
Be familiar with databases (e.g., MSSQL, Snowflake, Databricks) and programming languages (e.g., Python, C, Java, VB, .NET, OpenJVS).
Understand the energy trading sector and utility business operations.
Communicate effectively, with fluent English and native Polish proficiency.
Exhibit a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in dynamic, demanding environments.
