Visit our website: Heineken (heineken-dt.pl) As the Solution Engineer in the Global deployment team, you will be a business facing individual responsible for the technical configuration of specific business processes of our Op Cos across a variety of technologies. Ensuring on time delivery of agreed scope and functionality with the Senior Solution Engineer, for our Op Cos to better serve their customers. responsibilities : technical activities: customizing and configurating software applications or systems to meet the agreed scope; developing and maintaining configuration rules and logic based on business requirements and industry best practices; conducting thorough testing and validation of configured solutions to ensure accuracy and functionality; during all stages of the deployment project, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users and internal teams as needed documentation and knowledge transfer: being responsible to document configuration processes, guidelines, and best practices for future reference; supporting with proper knowledge transfer to service delivery and Op Co teams collaboration: collaborating with the Senior Solution Engineer to ensure appropriate deployment process is in place and followed; collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and specifications for product configurations Learning: being updated on emerging technologies and trends in key technologies in our landscape requirements-expected : 5+ years of working experience in the similar position deploying software into large multi nationals 2-3 years of experience with many of the above-mentioned technologies experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery strong understanding of configuration management principles and practices strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels ability to learn new technologies fast ability to multitasking experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture excellent written and verbal English experience with Jira offered : Hybrid ways of working Private medical healthcare Attractive performance bonus Sodexo pre-paid card Life insurance Employee referral program Wide range of trainings Local and global job opportunities within HEINEKEN Parking space Open bar once a week We are ACCA Approved Employer benefits : sharing the costs of sports activities private medical care life insurance remote work opportunities integration events corporate sports team parking space for employees extra social benefits pre-paid cards christmas gifts employee referral program charity initiatives flexible work from home scheme after pandemic/lockdown open bar on Fridays
