As a Solution Designer specialising in Master Data Management, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic data solutions across Customer Data Platforms. You’ll work closely with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and future-proof MDM solutions that support business outcomes and enable trusted customer data across the organisation.
responsibilities :
Creating solution designs for Master Data Management aligned with business and governance needs.
Proactively identifying and modernizing outdated designs to meet current standards.
Continuously optimizing solutions for scalability, performance, cost-efficiency, and sustainability.
Supervising and supporting the implementation of your designs across the platform.
Engaging with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, security, and alignment with enterprise strategy.
requirements-expected :
Experience working with Operational Master Data Management platforms.
Knowledge of Reltio is required, hands on experience is highly desirable
Proven track record in solution design, system integration, and data modelling.
Experience in Agile delivery environments and working with cross-functional teams in multinational environment.
Familiarity with cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, Snowflake).
Ability to design and document end-to-end MDM solutions.
Strong understanding of security best practices and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in SQL and RSQL.
Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Terraform, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Effective communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Ability to balance delivery speed and cost with strategic platform goals.
