Serve as the primary contact for all tender-related communications and coordination.
Analyze and manage tenders, RFQs, and RFPs from local, regional, and global clients.
Design overall response in coordination with other departments Engineering, Operations, QHSE, Legal, Finance and Sales).
Prepare and submit accurate, compliant, and competitive commercial/technical bid responses within deadlines.
Develop pricing models to maximize profitability while ensuring market competitiveness.
Oversee online bidding portals of customers and maintain bid trackers.
Conduct postmortem analyses and generate reports on tender performance and win/loss trends.
Support implementation teams in establishing SOPs for seamless customer onboarding.
Ensure compliance with legal, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
What We Are Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in customer service supervision or pricing within freight forwarding; experience in project logistics or supply chain management preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical, negotiation, and diplomatic skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with IT systems architecture and databases.
Strategic planning and execution capabilities.
Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in diverse, cross-functional teams.
Other: Willingness to travel internationally when required.
