Responsibilities:

1. Analyze client requirements and design tailor-made logistics solutions to their operational needs.
2. Develop detailed technical documentation, process flows, and layouts for warehouse.
3. Optimize solutions by evaluating various factors, such as cost, productivity, space utilization, and technology integration.
4. Identify opportunities for operational improvements, cost reductions, and service level enhancements.
5. Collaborate with operations and continuous improvement teams to implement best practices and lean methodologies.
6. Create and model cost-effective logistics solutions by considering factors such as labor, transportation, warehousing costs, and capital investments.
7. Price and cost negotiations with suppliers (MHE, racking, etc.)
8. Perform detailed analysis of operational costs, resource allocation, and pricing strategies to ensure profitable solutions.
9. Be part of the implementation project team from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
10. Present solutions and technical concepts to clients in a clear and professional manner.
11. Engage in contract negotiations by providing technical expertise and insights into solution designs.
12. Analyze large datasets to gain insights into customer demand patterns and warehouse productivity.
13. Use data-driven methodologies to forecast demand, calculate required capacities, and create operational models.
14. Collaborate with IT and software development teams to ensure that logistics technology, such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and automation solutions, are effectively chosen and integrated.
15. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in logistics technology and recommend innovations that enhance efficiency.

Applicants Profile:

1. Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or industrial engineering, preferably in a contract logistics or 3PL environment.
3. Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing logistics solutions, including warehouse layout design, inventory management, and transportation planning.
4. Proficiency in logistics software systems (WMS, TMS) and design tools such as AutoCAD or similar.
5. Strong data analysis and modeling skills using tools like Excel, SQL, and data visualization software.
6. Familiarity with lean and Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.
7. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients and cross-functional teams.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
10. Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, site visits, or project implementations.
11. English: minimum B2.
