Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SuccessFactors Consultant with deep expertise in the Employee Central (EC) module.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in configuring, maintaining, and enhancing our SAP SuccessFactors environment, with a strong focus on release management, business rules, and metadata framework (MDF) configuration.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on implementation and support efforts for the Employee Central module.
- Develop and manage Business Rules, Workflows, and Event Reason Derivations in EC.
- Create and maintain MDF (Metadata Framework) Objects and associate UI screens as per business requirements.
- Manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and ensure data security compliance.
- Configure and troubleshoot XML-based configurations (Data Models, Foundation Objects, etc.).
- Monitor and manage release management activities, including testing and impact analysis for bi‑yearly releases.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional configurations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure optimal system performance and user experience.
- Provide end‑user training and documentation when needed.
Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong experience in configuring and maintaining Business Rules and Workflows.
- Expertise in creating and managing MDF Objects and associated configuration.
