Working through the full delivery lifecycle, our Solution Architects bring a hands-on, delivery focus across all domains and leading technologies from shaping digital solutions to make projects for our clients run smoothly.
responsibilities :
Collaborate with clients to identify and develop robust technology solutions, guiding them through their digital transformation.
Develop and assure architecture documents like Key Design Decisions, Technical Options Papers, and Roadmaps.
Assist senior leaders in cost estimation, planning, and benefits realization for technology solutions.
Define visions, establish guardrails, and unblock issues, leveraging your software engineering background.
Present technical concepts to board-level leaders using tools like PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
Apply your expertise across architectural domains, specializing in at least one (e.g., Business, Data, Application, Technology, Security).
Implement frameworks like TOGAF, Zachmann, MODAF, or SAFe.
Utilize tools such as UML, ArchiMate, and Ardoq to communicate ideas.
Design within governance models using methodologies like Waterfall, SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
Commit to professional development with certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, TOGAF, SAFe.
Excel in a trust-based, inclusive environment with opportunities for training, mentoring, and diverse engagements.
requirements-expected :
Hands-on application development background with a minimum of 5 years of software development experience
Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle
Proven track record of developing and implementing innovative solutions within at least one technical domain
Bachelors degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business language
Awareness of market trends and developments within the domain focus, with a keen eye on potential impacts
Business acumen and cross-cultural working experience preferred
Certifications in appropriate methodologies and cloud technologies are advantageous: AWS, Azure, GCP, TOGAF, SAFe
