Project information:

• Location: Kraków or Wrocław
• Work Setup: Hybrid work (once per week in the office in one of the locations mentioned above)
• Rate: 190 PLN/net/h + VAT (B2B contract)
• Language: English (B2+)
• Start date: depending on candidate availability

Project scope:

• Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of complex software solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, requirements, and industry best practices; in line with Target Architecture defined by Enterprise Architecture.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives, and translate them into technical requirements and solution designs.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to develop teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that solutions are implemented according to architectural standards and best practices.
• Enterprise Integration: Design and implement scalable and resilient integration solutions that enable seamless communication and data exchange between disparate systems and applications.
• Technology Evaluation and Selection: Evaluate emerging technologies and platforms to determine their suitability for addressing client requirements and enhancing solution capabilities.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and technical challenges associated with solution design and implementation and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize solution performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and scalability issues through architectural enhancements and optimizations.
• Quality Assurance: Define and implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure that solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements, including reliability, scalability, and security.
• Documentation and Artifacts: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, design documents, and implementation guidelines, to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, project managers, business analysts, and development teams, to ensure alignment of solution requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software development, system architecture, and solution design, with a focus on enterprise-level solutions.
• Strong proficiency in software development methodologies, frameworks, and technologies, .NET, .NET Core, MVC, API development, API management, and SQL
• Familiarity with Design Patterns and containerization is necessary
• Proven track record of designing and delivering complex, high-performance, and scalable software solutions that meet business objectives and exceed client expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
