Rapidly understand business requirements through regular interactions with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Translate business needs into solution designs and functional requirements.
Build technical and logical designs, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
Communicate functional solutions to development teams and provide ongoing support during implementation.
Collaborate with production support teams to ensure new software is well-documented and supported.
Promote best practices, standards, and tools for solution architecture.
Provide recommendations and roadmaps for proposed solutions.
Document and share best practices for new solutions.
Advocate for process improvements and develop innovative solutions.
Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop proof-of-concept projects to validate proposed solutions.
Review and validate solution designs from other team members.
Manage and define detailed end-to-end solution designs, addressing architectural risks and technical debt.
Ensure designs are cost-effective and maintained throughout the agile development lifecycle.
Collaborate with Enterprise, Platform, and Value Stream Architects to evolve architectural strategy and roadmap.

5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in a large, complex, and geographically dispersed organization.
Strong ability to abstract architectural patterns from technical solutions.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to present and obtain approval for solutions at all levels.
Experience with streaming technologies (Kafka, Flink, Pub/Sub).
Knowledge of application integration patterns: REST API, Microservices.
Expertise in database technologies: SQL / NoSQL.
Knowledge of Data Warehousing, ETL, and data integration.
Familiarity with Linux, Shell scripting (Bash, AWK), PowerShell.
Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS).
Knowledge of Big Data platforms: BigQuery, Hadoop, Spark, Databricks.
Understanding of containerization: Docker, Kubernetes (IKP, GKE).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to resolve complex issues.
Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
