responsibilities :
Pre-Sales & Solution Design:
- Act as a trusted advisor during the sales cycle, translating client needs into high-level solution architectures.
-Support sales teams by preparing and delivering tailored product presentations and demos.
-Actively participate in RFP and RFI processes: analyze requirements, prepare professional responses, and present technical and business fit.
-Gather and document client use cases, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical capabilities.
-Contribute to value proposition development by shaping case studies, best practices, and solution documentation.
Post-Sales (light involvement):
-Support smooth handover from sales to delivery teams, ensuring the proposed solution is implementable within agreed scope, timeline, and resources.
-Provide solution oversight in early implementation stages to mitigate risks and validate architecture decisions.
-Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during ongoing client conversations. Share lessons learned internally to improve solution design frameworks and sales methodologies.
Internal Contribution:
-Collaborate with product owners and engineering teams to shape product development based on -market insights, identified gaps and client requirements.
-Enhance technical documentation, playbooks, and internal knowledge bases.
-Mentor colleagues by sharing expertise in solution architecture and pre-sales methodologies.

Business Acumen:
-Solid understanding of SaaS business models, customer engagement strategies, and enterprise IT ecosystems.
-Experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting in a B2B technology environment.
-Ability to bridge business and technology perspectives, clearly articulating value and ROI.
Interpersonal & Communication Skills:
-Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
-Strong relationship-building skills with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
-Proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
-Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and across multiple time zones.

Technical Expertise:
-Proven ability to design and describe architectures, system integrations, data flows.
-Strong familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and modern integration patterns; ability to use tools such as -Postman for testing and validation.
-Understanding of data platforms, cloud architectures, MarTech ecosystems and AI trends
-Capability to evaluate technical feasibility, performance considerations, and security implications of proposed solutions.
Languages:
-Fluency in English (C1 or higher).
-Spanish and Portuguese are strong assets
