The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving the successful delivery of digital projects focused on improving operational efficiency, equipment effectiveness, and data-driven decision-making. Beyond serving the paper division, this role will act as a bridge to align data governance standards, processes, and best practices across related divisions such as Recycling and Packaging.
•Degree in one of the following: Automation Engineering, Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering, Computer Science / Information Technology, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering (with strong exposure to automation or digital systems)
•Fluency in English
•IT/Architecture:
TOGAF, ArchiMate, or Zachman
AWS Solution Architect Certification
•OT & Industrial Systems:
ISA-95 (Enterprise-Control System Integration)
ISA/IEC 62443 (Industrial Cybersecurity)
•Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
•Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts and enabling technologies (e.g., edge computing, digital twins, machine learning in production)
•Travel required 20%
•Experience with:
Aveva MES and PI experience
MES platforms (e.g., Optivison, GE Proficy)
SCADA and Historian systems (e.g., Aveva, Ignition)
IT/OT convergence platforms (e.g., PTC ThingWorx, Azure IoT Hub, Siemens MindSphere)
•Working knowledge of:
Industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP)
Programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL, c#)
Industrial control systems (e.g., PLCs, DCS)
Networking (firewalls, VLANs, switches, gateways in industrial environments)
