We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our team.
responsibilities :
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with product owners and the broader technology community to continuously review and enhance our customer authentication and CIAM strategy. You will be responsible for assessing new business demands and providing Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates based on high-level requirements and solution assumptions.
Your daily responsibilities will include working with product owners, UX designers, and engineering teams to identify key end-to-end functional requirements and non-functional requirements (NFRs) for new authentication features. You will lead the shaping of solution designs, support phased delivery planning for complex features, and advocate for incremental deliverables to ensure timely value delivery to customers.
Ensuring that designs comply with the principles of the AWS or Azure Well Architected Framework—particularly regarding security assurance, resiliency, scalability, and maintainability—will be a critical part of your role. You will maintain the integrity and reusability of solutions throughout their lifecycle, striving for simplicity where possible, and support root cause analysis (RCA) and solution identification for complex issues encountered during delivery or live service operation.
requirements-expected :
Proven experience working within the SAFe framework and a clear understanding of Value Stream aligned delivery.
Experience designing and developing TM Forum compliant APIs.
Working knowledge of event-based architecture concepts.
Proficiency in .Net/Java and JavaScript technologies such as Node.js and React (or similar frameworks).
Extensive understanding of Federated Identity Management and security concepts, including the pros and cons of In Advance versus Just in Time Provisioning, and familiarity with protocol standards such as OpenID Connect, SAML 2, OAuth2, RFC 8176.
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering federated identity management solutions for enterprise-scale B2C or B2B use cases.
Knowledge and experience designing enterprise-scale services on cloud platforms using micro-service and micro-frontend patterns, including defining key non-functional requirements.
Strong expertise in REST API standards and API design principles.
Sound understanding of the AWS or equivalent Well Architected Framework pillars and guidelines, with a focus on application security, performance, scalability, maintainability, and cost management.
Ability to convey solution designs effectively using industry-standard design frameworks such as UML or C4.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly to cross-functional audiences.
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, including LEAN, Scrum, and Kanban.
