YOU WILL

• Lead operational work including planning, organizing, and reporting within the technical team.
• Provide architectural leadership and subject matter expertise.
• Manage the full lifecycle of technical design, development, testing, and delivery of solutions.
• Select appropriate IT solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in facilitating and managing design activities.
• Evaluate project constraints to identify alternatives, alleviate risks, and propose viable solutions.
• Address and resolve gaps in solutions, ensuring consistent components within the solution architecture.
• Analyze the technology environment, identify inconsistencies, and recommend proactive adjustments.
• Provide capacity recommendations for proposed solutions to ensure they meet business responsiveness needs.
• Lead, supervise, and guide both in-house consultants and external technical resources.
• Mentor team members on design, configuration, development, and testing to ensure successful project implementation.
• Regularly report on project progress and manage scope adjustments as needed.

YOU NEED

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role within IT or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex technical and business environments.
• Experience with Comarch ERP XL is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
