The role covers designing and evolving a distributed, event‑driven stack that integrates off‑the‑shelf components such as ELK, Kafka and Keycloak with custom microservices‑based backend and SPA/frontend applications. Solid hands‑on experience in defining and enforcing strict non‑functional requirements (security, performance, scalability, high availability) and translating them into concrete architectural patterns, capacity models and deployment topologies is essential.
responsibilities :
Translate business requirements into end‑to‑end architectural designs aligned with enterprise, IT and regulatory strategy.
Engage with customers and stakeholders, presenting and defending architectural decisions.
Shape Enterprise Architecture roadmap and support change initiatives and innovation.
Lead cross‑domain architectural work and mentor delivery teams to ensure consistent execution.
Define and own EA strategy across Business, IS and IT.
Design architectures using API management, microservices and container platforms (Kubernetes).
Apply industry standards (TOGAF, ArchiMate, UML) and work within Agile/DevOps environments.
Embed security‑by‑design (IAM, authN/authZ, compliance) and design for public, private and hybrid cloud landscapes.
requirements-expected :
Proven experience leading large architecture or multi‑disciplinary project teams, with strong background in large‑scale IT platforms and distributed systems.
Solid hands‑on knowledge of API management, microservices, container platforms (Kubernetes), cloud architectures (public/private/hybrid) and enterprise integration patterns.
Strong understanding of security‑by‑design, including IAM, authentication/authorization, compliance and data protection.
Proficiency in architectural standards and frameworks such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, UML, and experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.
Proactive mindset with ability to create/improve tools, templates and frameworks optimizing delivery and time‑to‑market.
Excellent English
Strong customer‑oriented approach, proven leadership and people‑development capabilities, and strong collaboration skills.
EU citizenship required.
