We are looking for a skilled Solution Architect to join our client team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to design and implement robust, scalable IT solutions that align with both business needs and enterprise architecture standards.
Working model: Four days per month in the office in Krakow and remote work. On-call duty is required for one week every two months.
Business trips: Once every three months to Brussels
responsibilities :
Delivering a coherent IT solution for the communication and reporting platforms that meets both functional and non-functional requirements.
Ensuring alignment of IT solutions with enterprise architecture standards and business needs.
Coordinating walkthroughs of solutions with delivery teams to ensure end-to-end consistency.
Adhering to guidelines and standards for design and development.
Conducting hands-on development, such as establishing prototypes or proof of concepts to validate key components of proposed architectures.
Estimating implementation efforts at the Tribe level.
Presenting proposed solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Supporting the Product Owner in preparing features and translating them into actionable Product Backlog Items.
Mentoring and guiding delivery teams in implementing Features and PBIs according to the architectural solution.
Performing design reviews to ensure functional and technical consistency of solutions.
requirements-expected :
5+ years of experience in designing solutions in a distributed environment.
Demonstrable experience with Microsoft technologies is preferred.
Experience in delivering multi-platform designs.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and develop solutions.
Ability to operate in a changing environment and participate in change.
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, active listening).
Assertiveness in driving tasks to completion.
Experience in the Financial Services industry and offshoring is desired but not crucial.
