About the project:

A Solution Architect is a specialist IT professional who designs, implements, and manages solutions that leverage the Open Banking APIs and standards. They play a crucial role in helping the company comply with regulations, develop innovative financial products and services, and stay competitive in the evolving landscape.

2 days a week in the office in Cracow

• 7+ years software development experience for back-end applications
• Excellent at data structure and algorithms, and be able to write codes and solve puzzles in a  short time. 
  
• be able to write codes and implement some Proof of Concept(PoC), to demonstrate solution  feasibility and assess solution performance. 
  
• Familiar with security, and know what, why and how for authentication & authorization. 
  
• Familiar with Java, Spring MVC, and Sprint Boot. 
  
• Familiar with Redis, Kafka, Oracle, and Mongo DB is a plus. 
  
• Familiar in API design, review and construction, e.g. Swagger UI 
  
• Familiar with Docker image and Kubernetes, with hands-on experiences. 
  
• Have willingness to act as technical architect to resolve engineering issue, define clear role & responsibility for each component for specific project. 
  
• IT architecture experience in financial industry is a plus 
  
• Experience in strategic planning on IT application/technology roadmap 
  
• Preferably with experience in development and project/people management roles 
  
• Experience in development and support of mission critical business applications a plus 
  
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management 
  Skills: 
  
• Ability to explain complex technical solutions to audiences at different technical knowledge 
  
• Ability to articulate business case for IT investments to business 
  
• Build relationships with senior/key stakeholders rapidly 
  
• Sound knowledge of Fintect and innovative technologies, design patterns and keep abreast of  latest technology trends Experience in designing complex distributed / service oriented / micro services style and cloud based systems, with focus on scalability, maintainability and extensibility 
  
• Experience in designing integrations between different systems, working with different teams 
  and driving an agreement on the technologies and methods to use 
  
• Practitioner of agile methodolog
