We are looking for a Solution Architect to Cards Simplification program responsible for designing solutions that align with Our Client Group Architecture guidelines, encompassing vision, target, and transitional architecture. Your focus will be on developing solutions that satisfy business needs while considering existing constraints and identifying dependencies and risks, along with recommending corrective measures.
responsibilities :
Create solution designs aligned with our client’s architecture guidelines (vision, target, transitional), ensuring business needs are met while identifying risks, dependencies, and corrective measures
Analyse and design data flows and integrations (REST APIs, Kafka, legacy systems/IBM Mainframe); assess the existing state and propose solutions; manage dependencies between systems and teams; support modernization of existing platforms and microservice-based architecture
Communicate with suppliers, stakeholders, and development teams; act as a trusted advisor and mentor; translate complex technical topics into business-friendly language
Work in an Agile/SAFe environment, support PI Planning, resolve architectural impediments, and ensure knowledge sharing across teams
requirements-expected :
Minimum 6 years of experience, including at least 1 year of experience working as an architect on large projects in international organizations
Thorough knowledge of microservices & micro-applications architecture
Experience in system integration projects
Proficiency in Java, REST APIs, and Apache Kafka at a level that allows communication with development teams
Knowledge of IBM Mainframe and legacy systems
Communication skills: contact with suppliers and development teams
Experience in working in Agile methodology (SAFe)
Analytics skills: design of flows and integration, analysis of the existing state and solutions, analysis and management of dependencies
Residing in Poland required
