We are looking for an experienced Solar Project Manager to oversee and ensure the successful delivery of photovoltaic (PV) and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects across Poland.
This role covers the full project life cycle, from site establishment through construction to final handover, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while minimizing risks and maximizing financial returns.
As a Project Manager, you will serve as the key interface between the EPC contractor and project sponsors. You will be responsible for monitoring on-site progress, ensuring compliance with approved designs, coordinating engineering revisions, and maintaining alignment between all project stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of PV and BESS projects from initiation to completion
- Supervise EPC and subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality execution
- Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with approved designs and regulations
- Manage budgets, cash flow, and cost control
- Coordinate with utilities for grid connection and permitting
- Oversee logistics and quality of materials and subcontracted works
- Maintain stakeholder communication and manage project risks
- Prepare regular progress and performance reports for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor"s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience in the renewable energy sector
- Understanding of the National Electrical Code, permitting procedures, and PV/BESS system regulations
- Strong organizational and time management abilities; capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across Poland
- Availability to attend meetings at the Kwidzyn office as required by project needs
