Analyze messaging requirements and design, implement, and manage complex end-to-end integration solutions across diverse technologies and modules.
Collaborate within a highly motivated, international team of internal consultants, providing support to architects and developers building innovative Solace-based solutions for IoT, manufacturing, and enterprise applications.
Provide valuable input to architects during the requirements analysis and design phases of projects.
Serve as the primary point of contact for developers during implementation, delivering training and configuring Solace assets.
Provide expert-level (3rd level) support for problem analysis after project go-live.
Work concurrently on multiple projects, ranging in duration from a few months to several years.
Provide technical integration consulting and development support for global SAP (ECC, S/4HANA, C/4HANA) implementation projects.
Act as a technical consultant for deliverables, ensuring adherence to project timelines, effort estimates, and quality standards.
Experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI) development is considered a plus.

Experience working with event-driven solutions using Solace.
In-depth understanding of Solace, both as a developer and operator.
Strong understanding of and experience with messaging protocols and APIs (e.g., AMQP, MQTT, JMS).
Solid understanding of and experience with enterprise integration design patterns.
Experience with integration middleware components, such as API management solutions (e.g., SAP CPI, Talend, Apache Camel).
Proficiency in at least one advanced programming language (e.g., Java, .NET).
Minimum experience in operating and supporting interfaces.
Basic understanding of network zone concepts.
Experience working in international and multicultural teams.
Experience as a user and administrator of monitoring environments and deployment automation solutions.
Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
