In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our test automation strategy, providing technical sup-port and guidance to different teams. You will be responsible for developing testing infrastructure, creating complex test scenarios, and optimizing test coverage.
How you will make an impact
As a Software Test Developer you will be a part of Test and Quality department based in both Viby and Gdańsk. Your main area of responsibility will be:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using testing frameworks and tools,
- Integrating automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous testing of software builds,
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and business analysts, to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and expectations.
- Implementing reporting, logging etc.
- Performing Code maintenance and enhancement of framework
What will make you successful
- You have a robust understanding of .NET components and their interactions, along with a deep knowledge of test concepts and methodologies.
- You have very good knowledge of software test automation (C#, .NET, REST API, Playwright)
- You possess strong analytical skills to identify test scenarios and potential issues, and you are adept at diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex testing and application problems.
- Your good knowledge of Azure, as well as experience with version control systems like Git, will enable you to contribute effectively to our team.
- Your excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams will facilitate seamless collaboration with developers, testers, and business analysts.
- You are open to change and new challenges, bringing a global mindset to your work.
Further, the preferred candidate has:
- B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent
- 3+ years of professional experience in a software role
- Proficiency in English
Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
