Your new role

  1. Design and implement software architectures for automotive systems, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance.
  2. Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including hardware engineers, software developers, and project managers, to define system requirements and specifications.
  3. Lead the technical design process, including the creation of architectural diagrams, documentation, and design reviews.
  4. Work in accordance with the ASPICE process standard.
  5. Assess and select suitable technologies, tools, and frameworks to achieve project objectives.
  6. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including safety and cybersecurity requirements.
  7. Mentor and support junior engineers, providing technical leadership.
  8. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

What youll need to succeed

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Demonstrated experience as a Software Specialist, ideally within the automotive sector.
  3. In-depth understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.
  4. Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or Java.
  5. Knowledge of Cloud Architecture for AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  6. Expertise in System Architecture AUTOSAR.
  7. Experience with agile development tools like Codebeamer, Jira, and Confluence.
  8. Familiarity with embedded systems and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
  9. Understanding of functional safety standards ISO 26262 and cybersecurity.
  10. Excellent communication skills in English and Polish, along with strong teamwork abilities.
