Responsibilities
Join client-centric teams working on innovative projects using new technologies within an Agile, digital environment. Contribute to the OSD (Origination, Structuring, Distribution) division, focusing on two major programs: MyCredit and Origination.
The MyCredit program aims to streamline credit approval for structured and market finance departments, serving over 3000 users worldwide with features like Credit Files, workflow management, and reporting tools.
The Origination program facilitates deal origination for the structured finance department, covering deal structuration, pricing, regulatory processes, and reporting to support Front Officers in decision-making.
As a Software Quality Assurance Analyst, you will engage in Shift Left, Continuous Testing, Shift Right activities, and transversal tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
1) Shift Left:
- Developing test scenarios for each User Story in Zephyr Scale
- Presenting manual tests to the team
- Writing BDD (behavior-driven development) tests in Tres Amigo for automation
- Ensuring traceability of testing activities
- Proposing E2E test automation solutions
- Preparing test data and environments
- Collaborating on the SDP with PPO/PO to define test strategies
- Defining functional metrics for production monitoring
- Maintaining the functional test strategy
2) Continuous Testing:
- Verifying if user stories meet the Definition of Done
- Executing automated validation tests
- Reporting and prioritizing defects
- Conducting regression tests in UAT
- Maintaining automated E2E tests
- Implementing performance tests
- Ensuring comprehensive test coverage for releases
- Participating in UAT demos and feedback collection
- Monitoring non-production environments
3) Shift Right:
- Performing manual/automated sanity checks in production
- Supporting the support team
- Documenting and prioritizing bugs reported by users
- Implementing solutions to prevent bugs
- Maintaining regression tests
- Facilitating demos with PO and users
- Monitoring application in production
Profile required
- 3-5 years of experience in software QA
- Experience with test automation tools like Zephyr, Playwright
- Technical skills: SQL, log monitoring
- Interest in application functionality
- Understanding of CI/CD and Agile practices (BDD, Tres Amigo)
- Fluent English; French is a plus
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Curiosity and problem-solving abilities
