Position Overview

Become a member and participate in forming several new Software Engineering Scrum teams joining the Civil Infrastructure Product Line Group in Krakow. Our team develops Civil engineering software, like Autodesk Civil 3D, to help civil engineers during both the design and construction process.

We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about designing and developing high quality software solutions which may combine desktop applications, web clients and cloud services.

You will have a significant impact on how we design, build, and deliver our products to millions of professionals. You will report to the local Engineering Manager and work in a cross-functional team focused on building and maintaining software for various products and components. You will work on a variety of unique challenges which give you the chance to learn modern technology and grow your skills.

At Autodesk we work in a Hybrid working model from our Krakow office location.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with scrum teams on software Automation testing development.
• Develop and maintain Automation testing cases.
• Reproduce, report and track software bugs found by Automation testing.
• Work with tech lead to improve Automation testing architecture and process.
• Adaptable, flexible, and pro-active in resolving problems.
• Actively participate in establishing Automation testing plans, optimizing testing process and reduce product quality risk.
• Improve stability and efficiency of Automation testing system.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2~5 years’ experience in Automation Testing development, especially in UI Automation. API Automation is a plus.
• BS or higher Degree in Computer Science/Civil Engineering or related fields.
• Solid C# programming skills, C++ is a plus. Proficient in using GitHub.
• Passion to improve product quality.
• Customer orientated approach to Quality Assurance.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipeline and Test Automation.

Preferred Qualification

• Working Experience or educational background in AEC industry is a plus.
• Experience with Git or similar source code revision control systems.
• Understanding of deployment methodology.
• Experience of Automation testing on CAD product is a plus.
• Knowledge on Civil domain (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) is a plus.
• Experience in large scale Desktop software UI Automation development is a plus.
