We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Owner & Test Engineer. The person in this role will be responsible for activities related to the development, validation, and continuous improvement of car APPs. You will collaborate closely with development teams from other brands, including international partners, as well as cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality deliverables that meet customer expectations and support our technological growth.

What we expect

• A completed university degree (at least a bachelor’s) in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish; German language skills are a strong advantage
• Proven experience in project management and software‑related work, preferably within the automotive industry
• Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN) and flashing tools
• Familiarity with agile development tools such as Codebeamer, Jira, and Confluence
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment and collaborate with multiple technical teams

Your responsibilities

• Acting as the Product Owner for  APPs across all relevant vehicle lines
• Testing APPs software and validating its functionality both in vehicles and on test benches
• Maintaining and updating software on test stations and in vehicles
• Troubleshooting issues and creating defect reports in the internal failure‑management system
• Releasing APPs software versions for each vehicle model
• Diagnosing and resolving software‑related problems
• Defining, managing, and executing software test plans
