We are currently seeking a technically grounded and globally minded Team Leader to join us in building the foundation of our Digital Consulting Americas team. In this role, you will develop and lead a team, drive product and customer-specific development, and collaborate closely with North American clients and colleagues to deliver scalable, intelligent infrastructure solutions. - Wide-ranging experience across tech stacks with selective depth, ideally gained through 5–10 years in software engineering and product development
- Prior experience managing small technical teams (3–5 people), with strong mentoring and leadership capabilities
- Tech stack: C#, .NET, Python, Azure SQL Databases, Azure Cloud, Node.js, Blazor, configuration of Azure environments
- Ability to assess and select appropriate technologies based on customer and product context
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Fluent English
Nice to have
- Experience with artificial intelligence features and digital twin technologies
- Background in public infrastructure or civil engineering consulting
- Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional product development
- Exposure to customer engagement platforms and tools for public feedback
- Demonstrated success working in distributed, multinational environments, especially across North America
