Software Engineering Team Lead

• Lead the establishment of a completely new R&D center
• Oversee the procurement of lab equipment, tools, and vehicles
• Support the recruitment and onboarding of engineers and technical staff
• Reverse engineer automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, Flexray, CAN FD, Ethernet)
• Analyze vehicle installation procedures for remanufactured components
• Collaborate closely with external partners and internal departments across Europe
• Compare and catalogue different software versions and communication protocols
• Lead team development, including performance monitoring and identifying training needs
• Plan and manage engineering projects, ensuring delivery on time and to the required standards
