Youll be contributing to a platform that processes petabytes of aerial imagery, powers advanced AI models, and delivers real-time geospatial insights to customers around the world. Your responsibilities Champion the evolution of Nearmap’s geospatial data platform, including distributed imagery storage, AI data pipelines, and content delivery optimisation. Ensure sub-second latency and high-throughput performance across customer-facing APIs and internal services Team building for our Engineering hub in Poland, Warsaw Our requirements 7 years experience in backend technologies including Go and/or C# 2 years of experience as a leader or mentor Deep understanding of API design, cloud-native architectures (such as microservices, containers, events) preferably on AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and observability tooling. Experience with distributed storage or content delivery.
