We are hiring an Engineering Manager to join Remitlys Flex organization focused on lending products. Lending is a newer product area at Remitly that has found product-market fit and is now scaling to serve millions of customers.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team at an important moment, helping shape how customers experience and work with Remitlys lending products as we grow.
You will lead a local, co-located team which focuses on the customer experience across the lifecycle of lending products. Your team builds the systems and experiences customers rely on over time, making this a visible, customer-facing area of the business. You will report to an Engineering Manager and partner with Product and Design to lead execution and outcomes in an evolving space.

You will oversee this area, ensuring we deliver experiences that are intuitive, reliable, and valuable for customers, Lead the Team - Manage a team of engineers, supporting hiring, performance management, and career growth. You will create an environment where engineers can do their best work and grow with the team., Collaborate - Work with Product, Design, Customer Support, Operations, and partner engineering teams to deliver customer-facing features.
