The Video Devices Teams in the R&D center in Krakow have been growing dynamically since 2019. Currently, we have more than 60 specialists on board working on solutions for fixed and mobile (body-worn) cameras. We bring advanced video capabilities to public safety and commercial customers including healthcare, airports, retail, critical infrastructure, and public venues.

,[Partner with cross-functional teams (Hardware, QA, Product) to deliver on firmware release commitments and ensure alignment with company roadmaps., Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of talented engineers., Develop people and the team through planning, coaching, challenging assignments, feedback, and support., Identify knowledge gaps and assist employees in creating plans to address them., Define standard metrics and utilize them to report the current status of ongoing initiatives.
