We are looking for a Support Engineer who has both coding ability and strong troubleshooting skills. This role involves maintaining and improving production systems used across a wide range of clients. You will work closely with engineering and client delivery teams to support existing solutions, perform maintenance tasks such as client installs and compliance updates, and contribute to system reliability and onboarding processes.
This position combines elements of software support, light development work, infrastructure awareness, and operations. It is a great fit for someone who enjoys debugging, automating repeatable tasks, and improving the overall stability and supportability of systems.
responsibilities :
Maintain and support production systems used by enterprise clients.
Perform code-level maintenance such as install scripts, configuration changes, and minor bug fixes.
Support technical onboarding of new clients, including environment setup, validation, and configuration.
Troubleshoot system and integration issues such as data ingestion failures or performance problems.
Ensure environments stay compliant with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Write and maintain clear technical documentation for support workflows and maintenance procedures.
Respond to system alerts, triage incidents, and work with engineering teams to resolve issues.
Contribute to improvements in automation, supportability, and operational efficiency.

Experience in a technical support or software engineering role with exposure to production environments.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across web services, APIs, and backend systems.
Ability to read and write scripts in languages such as Java, Node.js, Shell, C/C++.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git and basic CI/CD processes.
Ability to make code changes to keep code compliant.
Exposure to compliance or security standards is a plus.
Real-world experience with AWS.
