Minimum 8 years as software developer, ideally in an enterprise environment.
Experience in leading the development team, e.g. As a scrum master or people manager.
Experience with end-to-end systems development life cycles and standards.
Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines.
Experience working in an Agile development methodology.
Experience in developing distributed systems in a microservices architecture.
Strong experience in Java and JVM languages.
Experience in using relational databases (e.g. MySQL) and non-relational datastores (e.g. Elasticsearch, parquet files).
Awareness of the OWASP top ten and other security considerations for micro-services and web applications.
Understanding and exposure to JIRA, Confluence, GIT, Jenkins, Gradle, Artifactory.
Experience with working in a continuous integration environment (preferably with Jenkins) and containerized (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) technologies.
Excellent personal organizational and prioritization skills.
