Role Overview

As a key member of the Investor & amp; Fund Administration Technology team, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining systems that support investor capital management, fund operations, client reporting, and partnership accounting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance technology solutions, optimize performance, and integrate with both internal and external platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance applications that support investor services and fund administration.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions using agile and test-driven development methodologies.
• Follow best engineering practices, including code reviews, test automation, and continuous integration.
• Build scalable, cloud-native applications and drive system optimizations.
• Support system upgrades and implement new features to improve automation, security, and performance.
• Work with DevOps teams to troubleshoot operational issues and enhance CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with other technology teams to contribute to cross-departmental initiatives.
• Continuously explore and integrate the latest technologies to improve system efficiency.

Skills & amp; Experience Required

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of full-stack development, including front-end and back-end design.
• Hands-on experience in SQL development and debugging relational databases.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, Kubernetes-based platforms, and cloud solutions (AWS preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to innovation and continuous improvement.
