  • We are seeking Software Engineers and Senior Software Engineers who excel at identifying bottlenecks and performance thresholds in existing code using automation tools. The ideal candidates will quickly gain domain knowledge, prioritize opportunities for test automation, and develop stable, repeatable automation frameworks and scripts. Strong organizational skills are essential, including the ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks by priority. We also value individuals who can effectively resolve conflicts and maintain constructive working relationships with colleagues at all levels, both within and outside the company.
  • Stack: .NET, C#, nice to have: Azure, C++, C#
  • Working model: Hybrid - 2x weekly from the office on Bohdana Zielińskiego, Kraków
  • Salary:
  • Mid: up to 16,000 PLN gross/month, Contract of Employment + Creative Tax and Annual Bonus.
  • Senior: up to 20,000 PLN gross/month, Contract of Employment + Creative Tax and Annual Bonus.

responsibilities :


  • Implementing new functionalities, analyzing user requirements, testing, and debugging.
  • Participate in Scrum sessions, including daily stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews, retrospectives, and PI Planning sessions.
  • Complete individual assignments defined in each Scrum sprint with limited supervision.
  • Analyzing and resolving customer-reported field issues.
  • Collaborate with the Software Quality team to support product/project quality assurance activities.
  • Perform design reviews and code reviews.
  • Collaborate with team members and other teams to ensure project success and ensure high quality throughout the project.
  • Strong willingness to learn and pick up new technology/projects.
  • Apply good judgment in meeting tight schedules while maintaining superior quality.

requirements-expected :


  • 4+ years of software development experience within Windows and Linux environments.
  • Very good knowledge of .NET/C#
  • Strong object-oriented and multi-threading programming skills.
  • Asynchronous programming with async and await.
  • Experience in creating real-time systems for embedded devices.
  • Strong knowledge of design patterns.
  • Comfortable working with hardware simulators and tools for software development.
  • English at a level that allows fluent communication (min. B2).
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others, both verbally and in writing.
