Software Engineer Lead, role is part of Finance Treasury IT function. We are scaling our cloud-native treasury delivery capability beyond China, and Poland is positioned to be our next major delivery hub. We are seeking a hands-on engineering leader to scale a high-performing team, establish engineering excellence, and serve as the delivery anchor for our modern treasury stack.
