At Brainhub, you will:

• Introduce and maintain test automation, following proven practices and patterns, such as Pyramid/Testing Trophy
• Test implemented features and bug fixes, while implementing automated tests for them
• Test the systems non-functional aspects, including accessibility, usability, maintainability, security, and reliability.
• Assist the team in business analysis, ensuring a consistent understanding of each task/requirement/business need within the team
• Work closely with the customer

Candidate profile

We are keen to work with a person who proposes and implements solutions at different levels of the software development cycle. This is someone who understands the business and is able to look at the situation from the customers perspective, as well as propose new solutions and improvements to existing processes.

Lets talk if:

• You know how to create new and maintain existing automated tests using Cypress or Playwright
• You know how to put test level knowledge into practice
• You know the patterns used in test automation
• You are able to work with the product team to build automated test solutions
• You are able to work with containerized applications (e.g. Docker)
• You know the basics of SQL and can create simple queries
• You have practice in at least one area in non-functional testing (not necessarily in automation)
• You communicate brilliantly - both with IT experts and with business representatives
• Working in English is not a problem for you - you have a B2 or preferably C1 level

Nice to have:

• You have experience working with and developing an existing CI process

Recruitment process

After that, you will meet with an expert from the team you are applying to. Our specialist will conduct the technical part of the interview, which will depend on your technology stack and experience.
