We are currently looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer to join our R&D team in Gdynia, Poland. This role will focus on development and maintenance of R&D automation tools and additionally include tasks related to complete application lifecycle (project planning, architecture, design, implementation, testing, documentation, training, and technical support).

responsibilities :
Development and maintenance of software applications
Contribution to the landscape of Adtran’s automation architecture
requirements-expected :
Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technologies or similar
Professional experience, at least in one of the following areas: Python programing language (pytest and tox), Full Stack development (MEAN Stack), Go programing language
Experience with object-oriented programming
Linux experience with Docker and virtualization (kvm, virtualbox)
Experience with Source Control Management (Git)
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM)
Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
Strong communication skills
Team player, self-motivated and focused on solution person
Very good English language skills
