There are 4 teams working on the Pilotage program:

1. PIL1: mixed between Paris and Poland
2. PIL2: based in Paris
3. PIL3: based in Bangalore
4. PILDEVOPS: based in Paris

The teams are part of the SG Group’s Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) business, specifically within the Finance entity. The GBSU/FTB (Financing & Transaction Banking), Information Systems division oversees the development and management of information systems related to structured finance activities.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

1. Conducting new projects and ensuring support activities on web applications aligned with digital transformation principles;
2. Development of new features: conception, development, testing, deployment;
3. Respect of CRAFTMANSHIP & DEVOPS practices;
4. Documentation;
5. Sharing within the Pilotage program community (Dev chapter);
6. Production support, bug fixes, enhancements on existing features;
7. Release management follow-up using DEVOPS tools;
8. Follow, attend and participate in SCRUM ceremonies – Sprint of 3 weeks;
9. Technical Stack:
10. Front: Angular (15+)
11. Back: Java (17), Spring Framework (Boot and Batch)
12. Data: Oracle & PostgreSQL
13. Hexagonal architecture
14. Monitoring: ELK stack
15. CI/CD/Dev tools: GIT, Docker/Kubernetes, Jenkins, Private cloud (VM);
16. Practices:
17. SCRUM (Agility)
18. CRAFTMANSHIP: TDD, BDD, Clean Code, SOLID principles.

Profile required

You will be best suited for this role if:

1. You have 3+ years of commercial experience;
2. You have full stack developer experience with the main focus on frontend (70% frontend, 30% backend): Angular, JAVA, Spring framework, SQL;
3. You have an interest in the banking domain;
4. You have the ability to work within an international context;
5. You have fluency in English; French would be an asset;
6. You have technical expertise and are a team player;
7. You have a problem-solving and analytical mindset;
8. You have strong written and communication skills;
9. You are able to plan & prioritize work;
10. You are quality and process-oriented.
