Position Summary:

We are looking for a Software Engineer to design, develop, document, test, and debug software for internal customers. As a technical expert, you will work on development projects with a team of talented engineers throughout the full software development lifecycle, promoting best practices.

As part of a multicultural team, you will develop new features while also working on the user interface of the web application. Collaborating with colleagues across departments, you will deliver top-tier solutions and work on a complex product utilizing modern technologies. Key Responsibilities:

• Work with minimal supervision to implement complex methods and procedures within assigned problem domain
• Own the development, test, and deployment for an entire product
• Estimate new work with consideration and commitment
• Identify and communicate risk, ambiguity, complexity, and dependencies
• Code review
• Work with business partners outside of you team to explain and champion high-level technology approaches

Location:

This is a hybrid role based in our office in Warsaw.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience with React
• 1 year experience in Python development
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with REST services
• Proven experience writing quality code and tests that are maintainable, accurate, well-tested, and follow best practices
• Hands-on experience with software development practices and can develop applications that are diverse in scope where good judgement and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills to proactively communicate status and risks within their team
• Works well in a collaborative setting – is a team player
• Ability to balance multiple tasks concurrently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL
• Experience with Docker
