Key responsibilities: Design and develop avionics software using C/C++ Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, and testing Contribute to project planning and estimation processes Continuously improve engineering practices and product quality Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders Ideal candidate profile: Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience Strong programming skills in C/C++ and proficiency in at least one other high-level programming language Experience with Linux Embedded systems (Yocto, Bitbake) Knowledge of low-level Linux programming (kernel modules, device drivers) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field Good command of English (B2) Conditions: Work model: hybrid in Gdańsk, Warsaw or Rzeszów Salary: commensurate with your experience and skill set Employment type: full-time employment contract (UoP) directly with the client Benefits: private medical care, life insurance, sport card, extended Christmas break Recruitment steps: Phone call with a Recruiter (20 - 30 min.)
