Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join a team focused on assay and laboratory data processing . The project involves integrating, analyzing, and processing large experimental and laboratory datasets in a cloud environment . The team works closely with laboratory and data science stakeholders, with a strong focus on data quality, metadata management, and scalable system architecture . Key Responsibilities Design and develop ETL data pipelines in Python for laboratory and experimental data. Integrate with MedCon, Riffyn, or similar LIMS/ELN platforms . Build and maintain AWS cloud environments . Implement DevSecOps practices including CI/CD, security, and automation. Collaborate with lab and data science teams to ensure data consistency and quality . Participate in solution architecture design and technical documentation. Requirements Strong programming experience in Python (APIs, ETL, testing). Knowledge of MedCon, Riffyn, or other LIMS/ELN systems . Practical experience with AWS cloud services . Familiarity with DevSecOps tools (CI/CD, IaC, containers). Experience in solution architecture design . Understanding of laboratory data processing workflows and metadata management. Nice to Have Experience in the life sciences or biotech industry . Familiarity with data analysis tools such as pandas or numpy. Relevant AWS or DevOps certifications .
