Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 per year

• BA/BS degree with sufficient work experience or exceptional performance
• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science or Data Science preferred
• Ability to learn on the job and collaborate effectively with a development team
• Comfort working in a high-paced startup environment
• Flexibility in development skills and a quick ability to learn new technologies
• Professionalism, sociability, and careful communication skills are highly desired

• Create and maintain front-end and back-end components of our web applications
• Work on training and fine-tuning natural language models to improve our services
• Enhance the overall performance and accuracy of our existing services, including working on models such as random forests and neural networks
• Create, manage, and optimize databases to support various services
• Responsible for cloud and local system management to ensure high uptime, security, and performance
• Manage and optimize various web services
• Conduct load and stress testing to ensure robustness and forecast server costs
• Perform security assessments to identify and address vulnerabilities
• Perform QA for other technical staff members, ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality of customer-facing documentation
• Provide technical support and interaction with customers, including internal clinical team members involved with data creation
