Sonova AG is looking for a dedicated and experienced Software Engineer in Test Automation to join our Research and Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing software components, platforms, services, and applications for automated testing of Sonova Group’s software solutions.
Software Engineer
Your responsibilities
- Contribute to software components, platforms, services and applications for automated testing of the Sonova Group software solutions
- Develop automated tests to replace or to complement manual tests in collaboration with manual verification teams
- Monitor automated tests execution, ensure that tests are running well, and inform development teams about fail result
- Co-work with other teams towards a shared automated test infrastructure and automated test components
- Support and guide development teams in creating unit and integration tests which run on the test automation system
- Participate in the R&D development process and interdisciplinary agile rituals (e.g. planning, review, etc.)
Employer requirements
- BSc or MSc degree in computer science or related discipline
- 3+ years of professional working experience in test automation, using C# or Python
- Hands-on experience in embedded software development or testing is a plus
- Ability to analyze complex systems and to design sustainable solutions
- Independent and teamwork attitude
- Good communication skills in English
