About the project

Our client helps small teams power big businesses with the must-have platform for intelligent marketing automation. Customers from over 170 countries depend on the Client’s mix of pre-built automation and integration to power personalized marketing, transactional emails, and one-to-one CRM interactions throughout the customer lifecycle.

We’re looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Software Engineer to join our client as they extend their core marketing platform and scale alongside a rapidly growing user base. In this role, you will work closely with both product and engineering teams to design, develop, and operate business-critical, customized Dynamics 365 applications, components, and integrations.

You won’t just be maintaining existing systems; you’ll be at the forefront of extending the client's integration layer and delivering both maintenance and new feature development. While much of your work will focus on established systems (including Dynamics built on the .NET Framework), you will also gain exposure to the broader client ecosystem.

Your responsibilities

• Design and implement new, high-impact features that enhance the Client platform while working as part of a cross-functional team.
• Build and maintain customized Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, develop components such as modern React-based PCF controls, and manage reliable integrations built on .NET.
• Partner closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to assess technical approaches and convert product objectives into high-quality, fully tested solutions.
• Help shape engineering standards and best practices, actively participating in code reviews and supporting teammates through constructive feedback and mentorship.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues by performing thorough root-cause analysis to ensure a smooth and dependable experience for end users.

Our requirements

• 3 years of professional experience building applications using .NET or .NET Framework.
• 3 years working with relational databases, ideally MS SQL Server.
• Willingness to learn and actively work with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English.
• Practical experience using JavaScript (vanilla or a modern framework such as React) to create rich, responsive UI components (including PCF-style interface elements).

Optional

• Experience with automated testing is a plus.
• Exposure to PHP and familiarity with containerized environments such as Docker or Kubernetes, which would indicate versatility and technical breadth, as a plus.
