Software Engineers at Haleon deliver tasks and design effective solutions to product features or small scope engineering challenges in their area of the business.In this role, you will make steps towards independently owning the development of features, or problem spaces, including the ability to identify, define, and scope problems.A core part of this role is demonstrating ownership of smaller problem spaces, and repeatedly achieving successful outcomes for those problems.
