• Management of the software development lifecycle together​with the ServiceNow System Administrators in a DevOps mode​
• Develops connectors to Enterprise Data Sources (e.g. AD, Azure, VMWare, SAP, One Identity Manager, Nagios, Thruk, MDM, inTune etc.)​
• Technically consults the Configuration Management regarding design decisions​
• Takes ownership of complex business requirements and works them to completion​
• Assists ServiceNow Platform Architect in estimating efforts of release levels as well as in assuring system governance​
• Evaluating technical and design options (e.g. 3rd party products)​
• Providing mentoring and guidance for ServiceNow System Administrators​
• Documents the work results in a sustainable manner​

• Bachelor degree in computer science or a comparable IT qualification with several years of on-the-job experience​
• Good ServiceNow application design and development knowledge​
• Experienced in Application-Lifecycle-Management of an enterprise system incl. staging concepts as well as test concepts​
• Advanced ServiceNow CMDB knowledge including CMDB Query Builder and Platform Analytics​
• Experienced with the implementation of connectors and data imports​
• Advanced JavaScript knowledge​
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies​
• Data modeling experience​
• Strong requirements gathering experience​
• Good English skills (written/verbal)​
• Ability to work as part of a team​
• Open for training and qualification​
