As a Software Engineer – Marketplace & Integrations, youll sit at the intersection of innovation and impact. Youll work closely with strategic partners and clients to co-create custom solutions, ship production-ready integrations, and continuously refine extension points based on real-world feedback. responsibilities :

Rapid Prototyping & Development
Build proof-of-concept integrations using APIs, webhooks, Embedded Apps, and iPaaS tools.
Leverage AI Agents and low-code tools to accelerate delivery.
Developer Enablement & Documentation
Review and enhance public developer docs and SDKs.
Open pull requests instead of creating tickets.
Customer & Partner Collaboration
Co-run hackathons and workshops with clients and ISVs.
Mentor partner developers and gather insights to refine APIs and extension mechanisms.
Ecosystem Evangelism
Develop plug-and-play integration templates and code snippets.
Write how-to guides, host webinars, and present at community events.
Innovation Scouting & Fieldwork
Collaborate on early-stage tech initiatives like agentic AI and RAG copilots.
Travel (up to 1 week/quarter) to co-innovate onsite with key customers.

requirements-expected :

Technical Expertise
Proven experience shipping public-facing products or integrations.
Backend proficiency in Java, Python, Node.js, or Ruby.
Frontend experience with React and TypeScript (or strong willingness to learn).
Familiarity with REST/GraphQL APIs, OAuth, and webhooks.
Hackathon & Startup Mindset
Passion for rapid iteration, prototyping, and hands-on collaboration.
Regular contributor or participant in hackathons.
